Studiedag 'Therapeutic foster care for unaccompanied minors'
Steeds meer Europese landen kiezen ervoor om niet-begeleide minderjarige asielzoekers kleinschalig op te vangen in pleeggezinnen. Door traumatische ervaringen en de scheiding van familie en vertrouwenspersonen is vaak een therapeutische invulling van de pleegzorg nodig, met een specifieke begeleiding, zowel voor de jongere als voor de pleegouder(s).
Het Erasmus+project FORM ontwikkelde een model van therapeutische pleegzorg, een training en beleidsaanbevelingen.
Op de Engelstalige slotconferentie van dit project op donderdag 28 november 2024 kan je kennismaken met de resultaten.
